Vitamins Australia delivers a flexible service to our customers. If you are not satisfied or if you have purchased some other product than your desired product, you have the full right to take the product return option. We accept the return of the products ordered through this website, the proposed return must be within 7 days of the product delivered to the customer.

The Product returned by the customer shall be taken back to Vitamins Australia at the customer's expense. Vitamins Australia shall refund only the amount spent on the purchase of the product and no additional amount charged while purchase like shipping charges, goods and service tax etc. shall be refunded.

If the customer has been delivered with any incorrect product by Vitamins Australia, will receive the replacement for the incorrect product with the actual product ordered at no further expense and in case of unavailability the incorrect product will be scheduled to collect and the customer shall get the full cost of the product as refund.  

For all the Returns and Refunds contact us at within 7 days of the delivery. Please ensure the product freshness, and it should be in good condition as you received it. Your items must be in original packaging and have the proof of purchase with it.

Your personal billing/financial information such as credit/debit card details are collected but not stored and physical address, contact number is stored in secured servers to fulfill your orders. All your collected information will be used only for the easy processing of your order and smooth transactions.
